Shipping:We currently only ship with in the contiguous 48 states and Port of Export. (If shipping to Hawaii or Alaska the shipment will be sent UPS Second day air only)
Shipping Time:The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. Customers should expect a 7-14 day delivery time. Next Day or Second Day Air could still be delayed.
Shipping Methods:Merchandise will be shipped using Ground Service where possible. In addition, some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to customers.

Drop Ship:
Product is shipped directly from the manufacturer and is not an in-stock warehouse item. Depending on the product and the shipping destination, drop ship products may take anywhere from a few days to 14 days approx. to arrive. Items that are shipped by freight carrier to a home or residential address are subject to a residential delivery fee from the freight company, (See Shipping Policy), these fees are included if you choose residential/home delivery. To avoid a residential delivery charge you can choose to have your order shipped to a commercial address when the order is placed, or you can make arrangements to pick your order up from the trucking terminal when they call for delivery arrangements. NOTE: The residential delivery fee only covers the shipping to a residential address. This fee does not include inside delivery or any other special shipping request. Freight carriers will charge extra for all requests other than having the product in the truck at the address the customer has specified.Drop ship items are not eligible for return unless defective and with prior return approval.
Damaged ShipmentsBefore signing for your common carrier delivery, it is important that you thoroughly inspect the package to insure nothing was damaged in transit. Inspect the boxes for external damage and if damage is present, remove the packaging and inspect the contents for any physical damage in the presence of the delivery driver. If there is physical damage, indicate this on the delivery receipt and refuse the shipment. Before you accept any Freight products check for damage. Once you sign the paperwork by the truck line freight company you become the legal owner of the product and we can not file a damage claim; you will be responsible for filing a claim. This is a standard by all Trucking Companies and is the standard across all our competition. If you find the item is damaged, write "damaged" on the bill of landing, do not sign it, and inform us as soon as possible. Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier. We will be happy to help handle the claim on your behalf and ship out a new one to you ASAP.
Return Merchandise Policy. (See Return Policy). Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our return department. You must email the refund request to returns@smgeneralstore.com
