FMI Products, LLC a newly formed LLC announces the purchase of all assets of the FMI contractor business

(fireplace and gas logs) from the bankrupt Estate of Desa of Bowling Green, Kentucky.

FMI Products will establish the Santa Ana location as its new corporate headquarters which houses a 150,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility.

The new company also includes a 106,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Russellville, Alabama.

This operation will house the customer service and technical service support groups, in addition to manufacturing and distribution.

FMI Products uses various brand names such as FMI, Vantage Hearth, Design Dynamics, Comfort Flame, Hearthside Designs and numerous others.

Every thing built since March 23, 2009 carry a full warranty from FMI products.

All the product built prior to March 23, 2009 Carry a Desa warranty and

Desa is bankrupt and is not around to validate any warranty on the products they built.
